Where do you deliver?
We ship Australia-wide. Local Melbourne pickup is available for smaller items — please select the pickup option at checkout. Bulky items (tuff trays and stands) ship via courier only and can't be picked up locally.
How long will my order take?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Bulky/pre-order items (Tuff Trays, and Stands) currently arrive 4–6 weeks after purchase. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If something isn't quite right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll sort out a replacement, exchange or refund on any unused item in its original condition. Custom Logo trays are made-to-order and can't be refunded once production begins.

What ages are your products for?
Our art smocks are sized for ages 6 months to 6 years across Extra-Small, Small and Large. Tuff trays and stands work beautifully for the same range and are still loved by older kids too.
How do I clean the art smocks?
Every art smock is waterproof and wipe-clean. For heavier messes, rinse under warm water and hang to dry. Machine wash on a cool cycle if needed - avoid tumble drying to keep the waterproof coating in top shape.
Are the tuff trays safe for outdoor play?
Yes - they're built for both indoor and outdoor sensory play. We recommend storing them indoors when not in use to prevent the metal stand from rusting in the weather.

Do you offer party bookings?
Absolutely! We host Messy Play sessions, birthday parties and events in Melbourne, and bring the tuff trays and full setup to you. Please note weekend party bookings are full for 2026
Do you take bookings for schools and kindergartens?
Yes! We work with a lot of Melbourne daycares, kindergartens and specialist schools.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Melbourne's west and travel across greater Melbourne for parties and sessions. If you're further afield, get in touch and we'll do our best to make it work - travel fees may apply beyond a 30 km radius.
